Renovation of an educational facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Horizon Middle School (HZMS) and Kissimmee Middle School (KMMS) Air Handler Unit Replacement Projects. The selected firm will provide Construction Management Services for two (2) projects. The Scope or Work includes the replacement of most air handler units on each campus and the installation of one air handler unit in the kitchen space at HZMS. Test and Balance Services will be contracted by the School District. A fenced in lay down area will be required at each project location to manage the equipment. Cheryl Hood, Supervisor of Purchasing is the designated Purchasing Agent and will be responsible for facilitating the entire selection process. Mrs. Hood shall be the sole point of contact for all Respondents. Questions concerning any portion of this RFQ shall be directed in writing (fax and email accepted) to the designated Purchasing Agent as listed below. Questions should be submitted at least seven (7) days before the closing date. Mark subject line or cover page or envelope "Questions on RFQ # SDOC-20-Q-011-CH-FPC".
