The City of Davenport IA is seeking a company with expertise in Audio Visual conference room services and support as well as specifically Crestron controllers. The City will be upgrading all of its conference rooms with new technology and desire that a Crestron standardized interface controls all of the room equipment so that staff will no longer need to relearn procedures for various rooms they use. The awarded firm will be responsible for the labor associated with Service, repairs, and solution planning. Repair parts for existing equipment is desired at a set markup over cost, but new additional devices or room upgrades will be purchased through the City Ionwave bidding system. The awarded firm will however be the installation arm for the procured equipment regardless of the purchase source. The proposal must be submitted via the City of Davenport's electronic submission system at: electronically. You must be a registered supplier to submit. This is a one-time no-fee registration. The registration is not difficult, but it does take some time. We suggest you start early. The system will not accept late proposals. No emailed, paper, or faxed proposals will be accepted.
