Description

New construction of a medical facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 430,556-square-foot, seven-story above grade medical facility.

Redevelopment of the Norwood-Glenrose Long Term Care Facility for a new 5-7 storey facility with 234 enhanced continuing care beds. Scope of work includes renovations of the existing Angus McGugan Pavilion to accommodate 116 palliative care beds; and demolition of the existing North Pavilion and CHOICE program buildings. This will be a fast-track project, with multiple tender packages. Project is located at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Site. *Sub awards will not be released for publication.
