Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of June 23, 2020, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** Rehabilitate existing treatment units (2), add new headworks structure and chlorine contact basin. Convert chlorine disinfection to bleach disinfection. Miscellaneous improvements All proposals shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or a Cashier's Check drawn upon a national or state bank in the amount of 5 percent of the total amount bid, payable to Beechnut Municipal Utility District as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond within ten (10) days after notice of the award, and that his bid will not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of opening of bids without the consent of Owner. Bids not accompanied by such security will not be considered. The right is reserved, as the interest of the Owner may require, to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received. 15-065-001, 109-0012
