Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Project: 2,762 LF of 4-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch water line and all appurtenances 5,356 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 1,417 LF of 24-inch through 36-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances 11,117 CY of 6-in Subgrade Preparation 9,818 SY of 6-in Reinforced Concrete Pavement 5,481 LF of Reinforced Concrete Curb Lot Grading (114 lots) Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
