**As of February 17, 2023, the project was awarded but the award information was not confirmed.** The project is a roof overlay of an existing pre-engineered metal building and re-roof over a wood framed locker room addition. Existing roofing on the pre-engineered building is formed standing seam metal roofing panels mechanically clipped to existing zee purlins. The existing wood framed locker room roofing is formed standing seam metal roofing panels mechanically clipped to existing plywood substrate. The work includes removal of roof gutters and downspouts; roof flashings; snow retention stops, limited removal of mechanical and electrical equipment & removal of the locker room standing seam metal roofing. Reroof work will include overlaying the pre-engineered building existing formed standing seam metal roofing panels with an insulated PVC metal retrofit roofing system; locker room re-roof will include PVC membrane system; pre-engineered building and locker room work will include associated wood framing and blocking; metal flashings; gutters and downspouts; roof anchor systems; snow retention system; exterior roof fixed ladder, fixed ladder fall protection device. Project will include limited mechanical work extending existing VTR's and removal and replacement of mechanical equipment. Project will include limited electrical work removing and reinstalling electrical equipment.
