Remodeling of a municipal facility in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
This project has been awarded to Dawson Construction. The Legislative Affairs Agency (Agency) is soliciting proposals from Construction Manager General Contractors to provide Pre-Construction Work and Services to the Agency for the remodel of the Assembly Building that is in Juneau, Alaska. The Agency will enter into negotiations with the contractor, near the end of the Pre-Construction Work and Services phase, for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Construction Work and Services contract to complete the remodel of the Assembly Building. Please see attached RFP 653 - Remodel of the Assembly Building for more details. More information related to the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site-visit is provided in the attached RFP. The Alaska State Legislature complies with the Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the Procurement Manager, no later than ten (10) days before bids are due to make any necessary arrangements.
