Project Description: Furnish all labor, material, services, and equipment including but not limited to the following: Remove existing barn doors and hardware (two locations). Add additional 2x wood structure at existing steel beam. Construct and install new barn doors and hardware. Estimated Project Completion date is: October 15, 2019. Questions: Must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. A bid security of 10% of the total Bid Price will be required of all Bidders. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. August 8, 2019. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. Vendor attendance is required. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. The State will reject bids from any bidder who has not signed the attendance sheet prior to the commencement of the pre-bid meeting. Bidders in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. This project will require the following: The General Contractor and Sub-contractors bidding on the project must have a least five years of experience installing, applying, or assembling work similar in material, design, and extent to that indicated for in the construction document whose work has resulted in a construction record of successful in-service performance.
