Scope of Work: Approx. 2,500 S.f. Of Tenant Improvement to Existing 911 Dispatch Area and 2 Adjacent Offices, Per Architectural Plans (Attached as Exhibit a). Demo of Existing Non-rated Wall and Non-rated Door. Paint Finishes Only. Furniture and Equipment by Others. New Electrical Work - Refer to Electrical Plans (Attached as Exhibit a.1). No Change in Occupancy. Sprinkler System is Existing to Remain.please Reference Attached Exhibit a for Architectural Plans Please Reference Attached Exhibit a.1 for Electrical Floor Plan All questions are to be submitted through Electronically no later than Monday, July 15, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. Responses to questions will be posted through Electronically no later than 12:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 17, 2019. An email will be sent by Electronically when the responses are released. Fourteen dispatch consoles scheduled to be delivered the week of August 26th. Complete by 08/02/19: Electrical run to the two backrooms for temporary dispatch location. This must be completed prior to the removal of wall and clearing of all the existing furniture (Clearing of furniture will be completed by alternate vendors) Week of 08/05/19 - 08/09/19: City IT staff, AT&T, and Day Wireless will be moving existing dispatch console equipment to temporary dispatch location. Contractor personnel may be on-sight to prep for work or do other non-noise related work, (i.e. no hammering, cutting etc.). 911 Communications will still be active in main dispatch area. 08/12/19: Demolition of wall may begin. 08/23/19: All construction project items to be completed.
