The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids for just cause in accordance with the State of Louisiana Public Bid Law, and shall reject any Bid not accompanied by the required bid security or by any information required in the advertisement or in Bidding Documents, or a Bid in any way incomplete or irregular. No bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Only complete sets of Contract Document will be issued. Each bidder, whether a prime contractor or a subcontractor, shall submit with his proposal satisfactory evidence that he has complied with the requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law, Louisiana R.S. 37:2151-2163, and shall be fully qualified to enter Contract with the Owner. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid is required. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of Total Base Bid.
