A Professional Service Agreement (PSA) will define the terms and conditions agreed upon by the City and the Contractor. The contract will be for one (1) calendar year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional years. Pricing escalation / de-escalation negotiation requests must be submitted in writing sixty (60) days prior to the contract expiration date. Any price adjustments must be resolved prior to the renewal period. The City reserves the right to revise any proposed contract in connection with negotiations with Contractors and to revise any executed contract (as allowed by the contract terms & conditions) at any time to include additional terms and conditions as may be required. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to completely terminate all negotiations in regard to the CmDv Abatement / Demolition Program (prior to contract execution) and request new submittals of qualification, if satisfactory contract negotiations are not reached within fifteen (15) business days after the submittal date. Contract Start Date No later than October 30, 2021
