Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade, 198-cell multi-residential development.
The project includes replacement of systems and interior upgrades to a five- and six-story building with 198 units that will be partially occupied throughout construction. The project will include re-cladding of the building exterior as well as comprehensive modernization of all interior spaces with Consigli as the construction manager at risk for the project The CHA invites electronic bids from Pre-qualified trade contractors for the Daniel F. Burns Apartments project being performed under M.G.L. c. 149A. Design documents by BH+A and CMaR is Consigli Construction. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Cambridge Housing Authority Contractor Qualification : DCAMM Certificate.
