The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority invites firms to submit Park Maintenance Proposals. Responses to this request will be evaluated to determine the qualifications of your firm. Proposals must adhere to the format and content of this RFP. The successful respondent shall be invited to enter into a three-year Park Maintenance Contract based on the specifications outlined in the RFP. The Cambridge Redevelopment Authority is the property owner of Grand Junction Park, located along Galilei Galileo Way between Broadway and Main Street, as well as a civic space located on the corner of Third and Binney Streets, better known as 3rd and Binney. The Owner is seeking a Contractor to maintain the Sites and assist with the long-term care of the Sites' landscape and fixtures. The Owner seeks to utilize organic or natural plant care methods to the maximum extent feasible.
