All subs have been let, For Istrouma High School Parking Lot Addition SCOPE OF THE WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: REMOVAL, REPLACEMENT AND SherwoodSt EXPANSION OF EXISTING PARKING, DRIVEWAYS AND SITE LIGHTING. SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE NEW FENCING, SIDEWALKS AND IMPROVED DRAINAGE SYSTEMS. The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board has adopted a Fair Share Procurement Policy with a goal of at least twenty (20%) percent participation by MWBEs. The policy and goal apply to this project. The Overall Scope of Work consists of the demolition of an existing parking area, removal and relocation of existing fencing and the addition of new parking, drainage, lighting and landscaping. 1. Site improvements include, but not necessarily limited to the following: a. Demolition of existing pavement and walkways where indicated. b. New pavement for access drives, walkways and curbing is included. c. Relocated and new sections of decorative fencing and repair of existing fencing. Solicitation- 1214-19, 2964
