Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of January 7, 2026, this project is under construction. Construction is expected to last through August of 2027. The desired goal of the project aims to refresh the school campus, focusing on a new front façade for enhanced street appeal; and addressing various aspects such as building systems, operational flow, ADA accessibility, and facility upgrades. This involves evaluating and upgrading building systems like site drainage, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and roofing. Improvements in campus traffic, pedestrian flow, operational layout, and site configuration should also be considered. Upgrading or replacing components such as audio visual, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and ensuring ADA accessibility will be incorporated into project scope. Structural repairs and upgrades to exterior brick walls, interior finishes, and athletic facilities & sports lighting are part of the project scope.
