THE SCOPE OF WORK WITHIN THIS PROJECT IS TO PROVIDE THE STUDENTS AND FACULTY WITH A NEW MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING INCLUDING NEW FLEX CLASSROOMS, SUPPORT SPACE AND AN ASSEMBLY SPACE. THE EXISTING ADMINISTRATION BUILDING IS TO RECEIVE A LOBBY ADDITION AS WELL. THE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES ALL ASSOCIATED CIVIL, LANDSCAPE, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND SPECIAL SYSTEMS, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED AS "NOT IN CONTRACT". The East Baton Rouge Parish School Board has adopted a Fair Share Procurement Policy with a goal of at least twenty (20%) percent participation by MWBEs. The policy and goal apply to this project.
