Demolition, site work, paving, asbestos abatement and new construction of a mixed-use development in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 63,000-square-foot, two-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project consists of a two phased municipal building with associated site work. Phase I work includes Steel Structure with Steel Stud Exterior Walls Clad in Masonry and Metal Panel 215 foot Lin. Ft. Enclosed Sky Way connected to Existing Parking Structure Demolition of Existing City Hall with Asbestos Abatement. Phase II work includes demolition of existing structure and General Site work: grading, paving and retaining walls. As of August 11, 2022, project is now occupied. Phase I completed January 2021 and Phase II completed June 2021.
