A General Contractor will administer subcontractors. Prevailing wage rates will apply. Wage interviews are mandatory and will be conducted on a regular basis. Anyone failing to comply with wage interviews will be asked to leave the site. Construction Start: Project start is contingent on approval by the City of Waukesha.
