Site work, asbestos abatement and remodeling of a residential development in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
Description Of Project: Foundation removal and replacement, lead abatement, GWB replacement, (2) kitchens, (2) bathrooms, and interior finishes remodeling in an existing duplex built in 1889. Duplex remodeling including foundation replacement, lead abatement, two kitchens, two bathrooms and interior finishes. The building is unoccupied. Type of Contract: General Construction. A General Contractor will administer subcontractors. Prevailing wage rates will apply. Wage interviews are mandatory and will be conducted on a regular basis. Anyone failing to comply with wage interviews will be asked to leave the site. Construction Start: Project start is contingent on approval by the City of Waukesha. Completion Date: Four months after the start of construction. Project questions: Questions shall be directed to Madisen Maher Architects, 700 W.
