Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Milton, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

his work includes the construction of approximately 3,270 LF of sidewalk and 1,725 LF of storm drain in the Base Bid with 1,130 LF of sidewalk and 1,408 LF of storm drain in the Alternate Bid item. Also included are minor street intersection rebuilding, clearing and grubbing to include moderate sized trees, minor ditch grading, and appurtenances as shown on the project plans and by the project manuals. Technical questions concerning this project should be directed in writing (letter, fax, email) to Procurement Office at bidinfo@santarosa.fl.gov no later than August 9, 2019 at 4:00pm. A contractor desiring to bid for the performance of this contract must first be certified by the Florida Department of Transportation as qualified in accordance with Section 337.14(1), Florida Statutes, and Rule 14-22, Florida Administrative Code. Contractors shall be prequalified in the following work classes: Grading and Drainage. Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners encourages all segments of the business community to participate in its procurement opportunities, including small businesses, minority/women owned businesses, foreign owned businesses, and disadvantaged business enterprises.
