Repair and rehabilitation of eight drainage culvert sites using Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining (CIPP). Questions concerning this request should be submitted through the procurement portal by 12:00 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Scope of Work The scope of work includes the repair/rehabilitation at (8) eight sites throughout Santa Rosa County using the CIPP lining repair method: A. Item #1-5067 Brookside Dr, Pace - 184' of 42" RCP B. Item #2 - 4207 Winners Gait, Pace - 272' of 18" pipe (east run) C. Item #3 - 4285 Winners Gait, Pace - 27' of 18" pipe (cross drain) D. Item #4 - 4454 Winners Gait, Pace - 117' of 18" pipe (west run) - E. Item #5 - 8692 Munson Highway, Milton - 110' of 36" pipe (two runs @ 55' each, cross drain) F. Item #6 - 5619 Churchill Downs Ct - 27' of 36" pipe (cross drain) - G. Item #7 - 6460 East Bay Blvd , Navarre - Two runs of 42" RCP @ 40' each (80' total) H. Item #8 - 6000 East Bay Blvd, Navarre - Two runs of 30" RCP @ 40' each (80' total) The listed culverts shall be repaired by the Cured-In-Place Pipe lining method. Projects shall be bid by each location and then a total base bid . The county may choose to award all, some, or none of the projects. All work shall be performed using Masterliner Cured-in-Place Pipe Systems or an approved equal. Work shall include the following: A. Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, and materials for the proposed work. B. Coordinating with both homeowners and utility owners to be impacted by proposed work. C. Provide, operate, and maintain any required well point system to accomplish proposed work. D. Provide and install sheet piles, coffer dams, turbidity curtains as required to complete the repairs. E. Contractor shall clean and video the culvert prior to installing the culvert linerF. Contractor shall install the cured-in-place liner to each culvert in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. G. Contractor shall perform a post video inspection of all culvert repairs and provide digital video of the post inspection to the county as a close submittal. H. Clean/restore site, restore lawns, landscapes materials and roadways. Dispose of all construction debris, trash, and unused materials. I.
