Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Milton, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Removal and replacement of flooring at the Clerk's Admin Suite. Question Deadline 08/14/2026 at 12:00 PM CT All questions or inquiries must be received online Reposition furniture/shelving, remove existing flooring and cove base from perimeter walls within the work areas. Clean the surfaces and prepare for installation of new carpet tile, 4" cove base and necessary transitions. The work area contains approximately 1,800 square feet, the existing LVP flooring in the suite shall remain . The flooring contractor is responsible for coordinating the work schedule with Facility Management. All work shall be neat and in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines, with all the furniture/shelving and workstations returned to their original positions upon completion of the installation. Estimates should include the labor/materials/supervision price for removal, clean/prepare, install, and cleanup. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids for sound documented reasons, and to award the bid that it determines to be in the best interest of Santa Rosa County.
