Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hawthorne, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied by the County. A bidder must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of its bid. Bid Documents will not be mailed. However, if exigent circumstances exist, accommodations to overnight Bid Documents may be entertained at the bidder cost. All proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied, in paper format with all original signatures, along with two (2) paper copies plus one (1) on CD or USB Flash Drive. The work on the Project includes furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary or required to complete the tasks set forth in the Project specifications and as shown on the construction plans.
