***Apparent low bidder from previous bid opening - Green Valley Landscaping at $299,700 The County of Passaic plans to complete various improvements around the PCAC to improve ADA accessibility to the arts centre and to the park's walking paths and athletic facilities. The proposed project will improve both vehicular and pedestrian ADA accessibility and resolve existing noncompliance concerns including a limited reconstruction of the existing parking lot. The pavement will be reconstructed to provide maximum 2% slopes in all directions within the parking spaces. Other elements included in the project are new walking paths and landscape improvements. Contract Period: one hundred eight (180) days Questions Close Monday, December 11, 2023 by 3:00 PM
