Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a 85,000-square-foot, six-story above grade educational facility.
The James Building Replacement Project includes the abatement and demolition of the existing James Building located at 123 S Burrowes Street, and the construction of a new 6-story, 85,000 SF building with 1 level of below grade parking. BP 5 The award reflects the overall project value and not that of this specific package. Bidders must be prequalified by the Construction Manager, L.F. Driscoll. Bidders will provide their company's Form W-9 to Lucille Goodman at lgoodman@lfdriscoll. Once the Form W-9 is received, the company will be set-up in L.F. Driscoll's database. The bidder will receive an email, with a link to submit requested prequalification information. Refer to Section A (Notice to Bidders) in the Project Manual for specifics.
