Housing Authority of the Borough of Highlands Masonry Repairs and Restoration at Ptak Towers The Housing Authority of the Borough of Highlands (Authority) will receive sealed bids for the selective masonry repairs and restoration of the brick facade of Ptak Towers, a 5 story high rise apartment building located at 215 Shore Drive in Highlands, NJ, as per the technical specifications and drawings outlined in Section II of the Invitation for Bids (IFB). A Pre-bid meeting shall be by appointment only. Bidders are urged to check back often for addenda. Bidders must be registered with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue and with the New Jersey Department of Labor as a Public Works contractor at the time the bids are received.
