Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists generally construction of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter along a portion of Price and Fiedmont Street, supply and placement of asphalt base and seal on a portion of Price Street, Fiedmont Street and Emergency access road. The "General Specifications", "Instructions to Tenderers", and "Tendering Procedures" are as contained in the City of Moncton Engineering and Environmental Services Department "Standard Municipal Specifications" as revised in 2013.
