Site work and paving for a road / highway in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the supply of a patching crew, including all related equipment, materials, tools, safety apparel, and related incidentals, on a daily basis (as required) to complete patching of utility trenches, patching around Municipal structures such as catch basins, manholes, valve boxes, culverts, sidewalks, curbs and other related items, including General Patching, for the duration of the project completion timeframe specified in Article 36.1. The City shall provide the Contractor with a list of works to be completed on Monday of every work week. The Contractor shall then be required to provide sufficient manpower and equipment to complete all listed works by the end of the day on Friday of that week, without interruption. Generally, there is a list of repairs every week, which vary in scope (size or quantity). However, the work may fluctuate depending on repair requirements and weather conditions. All requests for additional information, clarifications, or instructions concerning this Tender must be sent in writing (facsimile, e-mail or letter) and be received by the Purchasing Department no later than Thursday, march 12, 2020 @ 3:00 P.M. - AT. A Letter of Good Standing under the Certificate of Recognition Program (COR) issued by the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association (NBCSA), or an acceptable equivalent is required.
