The contractor is responsible for paying Official Prevailing Wage in effect on Contract Award Date. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions for Bidders. Successful bidder(s) must provide a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond when the project is awarded. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
