Reference number : 1378850 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-06-15 The City of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts requests bids to proceed with the rehabilitation and upgrading of runway 14-32, the taxiway and the apron of the Sainte-Anne-des-Monts airport including without limitation, all civil engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications and IT described in this mandate. Only building contractors, within the meaning of the Building Contractors Professional Qualification Act (RSQ, chap. Q-1), who have their main place of business in the province of Quebec are authorized to tender. The tender guarantee, for an amount equivalent to 10% of the tender amount, must be provided in the form of a certified check made payable to the City of Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, a bond or an irrevocable guarantee letter. The bid bond must be drawn up by an insurer holding an insurer's license issued by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions. The bid bond must be accompanied by a letter of commitment stating that a performance bond and a bond of the Contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services will be granted to the bidder if it becomes the selected company and that a market is granted to him. The bid bond must be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of bids.
