All bids must be submitted on Bid Forms provided bv the County of Beaver Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid that has been submitted, the same payable to the "County of Beaver, Pennsylvania". No bid will be considered unless it is so guaranteed. The Bond face and the accompanying power of attorney must be signed and sealed in the original. Copies or facsimiles will not be accepted. No bid or any portion thereof may be withdrawn after the bid opening date herein below specified and during the ensuing forty-five (45) days thereafter. Award of the bid will be determined and proclaimed in accordance with Section 1802 of "The County Code" of Pennsylvania, as amended 16 P.S. 1802. The Beaver County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids submitted, as the public interest may require.
