Site work for a civil project in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Schedule A provides for the recoating and rehabilitation of the Highwood Reservoirs, two 250,000-gallon ground level steel potable water storage tanks. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the installation of motor operated valves and a valve vault, site piping, inlet/outlet replacement, hydrodynamic mixing systems, seal welding, puddle welding, sample stations, reservoir level indicators, access and security improvements, roof vents, security cameras, site electrical improvements, preparation and recoating of the reservoirs, and property restoration. Schedule B provides for ventilation and security improvements of the Westside Reservoir, one 2.0-million gallon ground level steel potable water storage tank. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the replacement of a roof vent, roof access hatch lids provided by the City, touch-up recoating, installation of security improvements and security cameras.
