The scope of work for this project consists of the evaluation of two (2) existing public non-community water supply wells, including an assessment of pump and well condition and depth to gravel pack. The wells are located adjacent to the Deborah Heart and Lung Center, at the corner of Trenton Road and Earlin Avenue, Browns Mills, Burlington County. Bids must be on the official Bid Form which can be obtained from Township of Pemberton, 500 Pemberton-Browns Mills Road, Pemberton, NJ 08068 and accompanied by a Consent of Surety, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, other documents required pursuant to the specifications, and a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount bid but not in excess of $20,000. Construction shall commence at the project site within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date to be specified in the written 'Notice to Proceed' by the Engineer and shall be completed within 45 calendar days from the date the written 'Notice to Proceed' is given, unless otherwise agreed. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of Bids or any authorized postponement thereof. Bids received after time and date designated shall not be considered.
