The Ridge Fire District invites sealed bids for Ridge Fire Department HQ Fire House Headquarters Replacement for the following contracts: Contract R2019-b Carpentry, Contract R2019-i Fire Proofing, Contract R2019-l Hvac, Contract R2019-m Tile, Contract R2019-n Flooring, Contract R2019-v Millwork, Contract R2019-aa Fire Sprinkler. The project is a prevailing wage project and a bond or a certified check in the amount of 5% of the contract price must be acquired. Additionally, the most up to date prevailing wage rates must be followed.
