Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a retail development in Columbia, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a retail development.

The COMET will accept bids from qualified firms with experience to construct the Columbia Place Mall SuperStop. All work must be complete within 150 days of the contract award date. All pavement sections, trees, signage, and deleterious material shall be removed in accordance with plans and specifications, including but not limited to the miscellaneous concrete curb outside of pavement, sidewalk sections, any metal or wood products, etc. The extent of excavation and backfill is limited to the areas of construction, and includes (but is not necessarily limited to) stockpiling of topsoil, site grading, filling, backfilling, compaction, finish grading, and spreading of topsoil. Perform all excavation, dewatering and backfilling in such a manner as to eliminate all possibility of undermining or disturbing existing structures Goals for minority participation for each trade 2 % Goals for female participation in each trade 2 %
