Renovation of a residential development in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation, shall be hand delivered or mailed to the Feick Design Group, Inc., 224 East Water Street, Sandusky, Ohio 44870 as Owners Representative for the Erie County Port Authority. Prime contractors may obtain electronic copies of complete sets of the bidding documents by contacting Christine Jennings, cjennings@marous-dg.com, or Lynn Harlan, lharlan@ marous-dg.com. Send an email to request documents. A Bid Bond will be required, but no performance bond, payment bond, or combination of such bonds, is required for submitting a bid on this project. The project is not classified as a prevailing wage project and is open to all contractors for bidding. The Erie County Port Authority, the Owner of the project, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part. Any contracts will be awarded to lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Feick Design Group, Inc. is the Port Authority's Owners Representative. Bids shall be made in duplicate and such bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Tenant Improvements for the Cedar Fair R. A. M. & Residential Facility Academic Project, as well as the name and address of the bidder in the upper left-hand corner. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids, for at least sixty (60) days. The estimated construction costs for this project is $325,550.00 for the Academic General Trades Contract, $434,000.00 for the Academic MEP Trades Contracts.
