Site work and paving for a road / highway in Petitcodiac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The tender box will be located outside the Office of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fifth Floor - King Tower, Kings Place, Fredericton, NB, until 30 minutes before tender opening time when it will be taken to the tender opening room. Every person submitting a tender for this Contract must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to Regulation 82-109 and amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Contracts Act, which tendering procedures are applicable to this tender call. Further information concerning tendering procedures may be obtained by contacting the Supply Chain Management Branch of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, telephone (506) 453-3939. Payment for the Right to Bid, or the Right to Bid and Plans, or the Right to Bid and a complete Tender Package shall be made online by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), or in person at the address above by cash or cheque only. Cheques are to be made payable to the Minister of Finance. Each tender submission must include the following: 1. A Form of Tender; and 2. A Letter of Good Standing or a Letter of Good Standing - In Process under the Certification of Recognition Program issued by the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association, or an approved equivalent; and 3. A Bid Bond payable to Her majesty the queen, in the right of the Province of New Brunswick as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure in the amount of $190,000.00. A Certified Cheque or a Bank Draft or Money Order The Province of New Brunswick is now using Direct Deposit as the standard method of issuing payments. Suppliers are required to provide bank account information and an email address for the notice of remittance. Please send the completed Direct Deposit Form to Service New Brunswick (e-mail address and mailing address are indicated on the form).
