Every person submitting a tender for this Contract must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to Regulation 82-109 and amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Contracts Act, which tendering procedures are applicable to this tender call. Cheques are to be made payable to the Minister of Finance. Each tender submission must include the following: 1. A Form of Tender; and 2. A Letter of Good Standing or a Letter of Good Standing - In Process under the Certification of Recognition Program issued by the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association, or an approved equivalent; and 3. A Bid Bond payable to Her majesty the queen, in the right of the Province of New Brunswick as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure in the amount of $190,000.00.
