Renovation of a mixed-use development in Petitcodiac, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Coordinate work scope, sequence, and schedule with modular classroom manufacturer. .2 Provide granular base for new modular classrooms and connecting building link. .3 Construct new wood framed building link to join the existing school and new modular classroom. .4 Construct new wood support bases (cribwork) for building link. .5 Provide new exterior wood stairs at exit doors. .6 Fire seal existing penetrations in existing fire rated partition. .7 Provide new chain link fence complete with gate.
