* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removals: - Removal of asphalt shingle roofing to expose existing deck. - Removal of skylights. - Removal of flashings to suit new work. .2 New Work: - Provide two-ply modified bitumen roofing system on roofs indicated. - Provide new flashings. - Provide new skylights. .3 Miscellaneous removal and new work indicated, and as necessary.
