Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of the existing and installation of a new Utility transformer pad and associated grounding and vehicle protection. - Cover all associated costs for temporary electrical source, such as a utility service or generator, to provide power during any extended shutdown required during normal business hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. .2 Installation of parallel service conductors from the padmount transformer to the service entrance switchboard. .3 Installation of a new service entrance circuit breaker in the existing service entrance switchboard. .4 Preparation of an interior housekeeping pad for dry-type transformers .5 Relocation of an existing dry-type transformer and associated primary and secondary feeders .6 Installation of raceways intended for future use. .7 Other electrical removals and relocations as indicated on the drawings.
