Renovation of a residential development in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Remove and dispose of thirty-nine (39) existing natural gas fired condensing boilers and associated venting, pumps and trim from each of the thirty-nine (39) separate townhouse boiler rooms. .2 Supply and install thirty-nine (39) new modulating, condensing, high efficiency natural gas fired boilers and all associated trim, venting and integral controls. .3 Existing natural gas feeds to be re-used for new boilers. .4 Temporary electric space heaters are to be provided to the tenants during boiler switchover period occuring between October 1st to April 28th. Each tenant to be temporarily provided with a minimum of four (4) 1,500 watt portable space heaters. .5 Existing electrical power feeds shall be reused for new boilers. Supply and install new NEMA 4 disconnect switches, wiring and conduit for the new boilers. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
