Project Description The City of Sumner was recently awarded a grant to improve the water quality in Salmon Creek by providing enhanced treatment of surface runoff from 160th Avenue East extending south from Main Street approximately 650 feet. The project will also install pervious concrete sidewalks on the east side of 160th Street East.
