Site work for a civil project in Hammond, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: Construction of a three (3) duplex submersible sanitary sewerage pumping stations; installation of 18.SVF of 8' diameter precast concrete wet well (Champ Cooper LS) & 28.9VF of 10' diameter precast concrete wet wells (16.7VF - Fairhope LS+ 12.2VF - Steadman LS); 6.7 miles of 8", 12", & 14" force mains (about 3,600LF to be directionally bored/jacked & bored); 40EA SSMH's; 9,560LF of 8" & 12" SS Mains (1,930LF to be jacked & bored); including, cast-in-place concrete, electrical work & controls, yard piping, valves, fittings, & accessories, miscellaneous sitework, fencing, and related work as called for on the drawings, indicated on the Bid Form, or reasonably implied. Constructjon Budget: $2,900,000 Contract Term: 300 calendar days Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Prospective Bidders shall obtain Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday-Thursday), and 8:00 am - 12 noon (Friday), and may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office as described herein. Bidding Documents may also be examined at the Office of the General Manager, Sewerage District No. 1 of Tangipahoa Parish; 15485 W. Club Deluxe Road; Hammond, LA 70403. limit indicated above. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Spangler Engineering, LLC. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
