The project includes bridge construction, embankment, stormwater culverts, asphalt pavement, guardrail, pavement striping, traffic control, fencing and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. All tree clearing must be performed between November 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023, so Franklin County anticipates issuing notice to proceed in late 2022 or early 2023.
