*Construction Manager at Risk - Jackson Construction The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting Qualification Statement (hereafter called Qualification Statements) for Construction Manager At-Risk per the Specifications/Scope of Work stated elsewhere in this solicitation document. Since this is a Two-Step process, price will not be read at the opening. Price will be required of firms selected to participate in Step Two, which will be an interview based on questions scripted by the District. Prospective respondents are prohibited from contacting any Board member, Superintendent, senior staff member, principal, department head, director, manager, or other District employee who has influence in the evaluation or selection process as outlined in paragraph 2.0 in Section II Faxed Qualification Statements will not be accepted. Qualification Statements must be submitted in the form outlined in this RFQ document, together with any material required by this RFQ, in sufficient time to be received and time-stamped at the above location on or before the published date and time shown on the RFQ. All Qualification Statements must remain open for 120 days from the opening date pending acceptance by CFBISD.
