As of Oct 17, 2019 project has been awarded already to Pointe General Contractors amount of $462,485.00 . Project has started construction 2 weeks ago and will be completed by Jan 5th 2020. Sealed bids are hereby solicited from Qualified Contractors for providing all supervision, labor, materials and equipment required to execute the Work described in the Drawings and Specifications entitled: EHS Dalton I PC Renovation EHS Project # 30182 All Qualified Contractors are to fill out the A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement, in its entirety, and to be included in their sealed bid envelope.
