The work consists of MOWING AND OTHER SERVICES WITHIN THE CITY OF DALTON AND AT DALTON PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT FACILITIES. The location of the work will involve 26 different sites. Bidders may submit bids on all sites as one Lump Sum Bid or bid separately on the sites included in Bid Alternates A, B, and C. The contractor awarded the bid must provide workers compensation insurance for all Contractor employees and agents and must maintain a policy of insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 to cover any negligent acts committed by the Contractor. Deadline for receiving questions will be 5:00 PM October 13th. All questions received prior to deadline will be address by October 20th. The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids And To Waive Informalities Is Reserved To The Owner, City Of Dalton, Dalton, Georgia.
