Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Re-surface of the countertops in the Supreme Court Room. Re-surface material is to be solid black or absolute black (Indian Premium Black) or approved equal. Surface to be a high polish with stone sealer. Surface to be 2 c.m. in thickness. One year installation warranty. The square footage measurements are approximate and written only to help identify quantity of work. Some areas have a vertical "privacy wall" on the back and sides. The granite will have to be cut to fit inside the vertical wall and around the front of the wall to the 1/2" overhang of the existing top. Exposed edges, not including grommets, will be finished with a standard polished edge eased 1/8"+- square. Joints to be color matched epoxy. New- surfaces to wood perpendicular joints to be sealed. Project timing to be established with Supreme Court availability. Total of 6 week turnaround. Installers must be able to pass a background check. All questions must be submitted no later than August 16, 2019, by 2:00 p.m. The agency will answer all questions no later than August 19, 2019, by 2:00 p.m. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be considered. It is the contractors/proposer's responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted.
