As Sept 20 the project is anticipated to be awarded in 2 weeks time The project will include renovation of existing toilet rooms to provide accessibility and updates; addition of new toilet rooms as shown, replacement of electrical switchgear, and the associated building work. Environmental abatement will be required per the drawings and specifications and will include the removal and disposal of: asbestos containing floor tile, asbestos containing pipe insulation, and lead based paint. Division 01 - General Work The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to accept the bids deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner after all bids have been examined and evaluated. Alternates, if considered, will be accepted in any order as determined by the Owner.
