As Sept 20 the project is anticipated to be awarded in 2 weeks time The project will include renovation of existing toilet rooms to provide accessibility and updates; addition of new toilet rooms as shown, replacement of electrical switchgear, and the associated building work. Environmental abatement will be required per the drawings and specifications and will include the removal and disposal of: asbestos containing floor tile, asbestos containing pipe insulation, and lead based paint.
