Site work and new construction of a civil project in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of April 23 2020, this project is complete. This Project includes installation of a package stormwater reuse system and building for shelter along with additional piping and appurtenances to connect the reuse system to the existing, underground stormwater capture system and piping, utility vault and wet well installed as part of the Prospect North District (now known as the Towerside District) Stormwater System project completed in 2017. The Project work consists of, providing all labor, materials, equipment and skills, and performing all operations to install and commission the package stormwater reuse system (separately purchased by MWMO), building and pergola, piping and appurtenances to reuse stormwater for irrigation of nearby parcels, and providing electrical services to the building and stormwater reuse system. The Work specifically includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and demobilization; erosion and sedimentation control; site grading; providing package irrigation supply pump; providing package stormwater treatment system, piping and appurtenances; providing a wood framed building and pergola (foundation installed by others); providing buried PVC pipe; providing electrical services and controls for the stormwater treatment system, pump, and lighting; system testing and start-up; site restoration to existing conditions; site clean-up, and remove all temporary erosion control BMPs; all as provided for in the Bidding Documents.
